We are seeking a passionate Designer to join our team of designers in North America! You would be responsible for hands on graphic design with a focus on 2D package design, product graphics, as well as multiple consumer touchpoints throughout our consumer’s journey. You will need expertise in the relevant design software to develop concepts, bring established design concepts to finished executions with an understanding of the creative design process.
What You’ll Do- Under the direction of the Brand Expression leader, you will build concepts and execute the visual strategy for NA Baby Care brands across consumer touchpoints including packaging, product graphics, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, social media, etc.
- Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
- Work seamlessly with Design colleagues as well as multifunctional partners
Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.
Be accountable for excellent execution.
Job Qualifications
BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar field.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong Design Mastery in graphic design and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving and technical mastery.
Strong communication skills and comfortable both giving and receiving feedback.
Strong collaboration and interdependence skills both within design and multi-functional partners..
Outstanding listening skills with a view to understanding and anticipating the needs.
Outstanding project management skills and able to handle complexity with confidence.
Outstanding time management skills, ability to set priorities and be accountable from concept to final design delivery.
Flexibility in an environment of constant change.
Expertise in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Starting Pay/Salary Range: $85,000 – 122,200
