Role: Brand Executive - Premium Tea Innovations
Location: Mumbai HO

This is a rich brand-building role that involves both Sales & Innovation development in our Beverages business and is an opportunity to work on an exciting set of communications & innovations in a dynamic category.
Here is an indicative summary of responsibilities:
• Crafting the right marketing mix (including pricing, proposition, product & packaging)
• Driving a Cross-Functional Project Team for the delivery of the project. (Including R&D, SC, Finance and CMI)
• Facilitating the product sales across channels
• Driving D2C sales and creatives through the right product and promotion mix.
• Enabling communication development for the delivery along with the innovation in each market (working in conjunction with CMI and Creative Agencies)
• Manage end-to-end asset creation (TV, Print, POSM & Digital) and docking processes
Key Skills & Requirement:
• Past experience required: Experience in BB/BD across any category within HUL.
• Has experience in running networks for the launch of consumer-relevant innovations.
• Experience in working in a cross-functional team to deliver projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong Project Management skills, a bias for action and ownership
• Core aspects underpinning all skills: Rigor, Analytical Thinking, Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers.
• This role will involve up to 20% of travel depending on project requirements.
