YOUR MISSION- Liderar la estrategia local de marketing para fortalecer el posicionamiento de la marca y apoyar los objetivos de crecimiento del negocio.
- Definir y gestionar el presupuesto local de Marketing, asegurando su alineación con las prioridades comerciales y los objetivos de marca.
- Dirigir la estrategia local de Sports Marketing y alianzas estratégicas para potenciar la visibilidad, relevancia y conexión de la marca con el consumidor.
- Liderar la ejecución local del proceso Go-To-Market en Key Accounts, Retail y E-Commerce, asegurando alineación en surtido, activaciones e implementación de campañas.
- Supervisar la planificación de surtido, estrategia de precios, movimientos de inventario y análisis de desempeño comercial para maximizar ventas, rentabilidad y participación de mercado.
- 10-15 años de experiencia en cargos similares.
- Experto en análisis de consumo y consumidores, preferentemente en la industria deportiva
- Perfil comercial con capacidad de análisis de negocio y de indicadores financieros.
- Visión estratégica y liderazgo 360.
- Nivel de inglés fluido (avanzado).
