We offer a hybrid working model called Best of Both: three days in the office and up to two days from home. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Set the vision and make it actionable. Lead the long-term strategy for defined quarterly brand campaigns and partner with Global Brand Development (GBD) leadership to ensure each campaign delivers on the LEGO brand’s ambition to make creativity and play a cultural priority worldwide.
Inspire and empower. Guide and mentor the internal team responsible for campaign execution, fostering clarity, collaboration, and creative excellence. Shape effective ways of working to ensure every campaign tells one powerful global story with reach and resonance.
Deliver work the world will talk about! Oversee campaign development from briefing through delivery, ensuring creative excellence across all touchpoints. Partner with agencies, ecosystem teams, key markets, and product and marketing colleagues to bring the LEGO brand to life.
Build alignment and advocacy. Develop and manage executive alignment on resourcing, scope, and investment to deliver exceptional work across global and local teams.
Drive operational excellence. Lead campaign workflow, act as the central point of contact, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Unleash the power of the LEGO ecosystem! Collaborate with owned channel partners, key markets, entertainment and influencer teams, and Our LEGO Agency to connect more audiences and strengthen brand love around the world.
Partner for smooth delivery. Work with the Senior Campaign Operations Manager to manage communication across stakeholders, anticipate challenges, and ensure seamless execution.
Learn and improve. Capture key insights and drive continuous improvement for year-over-year campaign effectiveness.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven track record leading large-scale, integrated brand campaigns with global reach
Marketing experience delivering complex, cross-market campaigns
Expertise across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels
Ability to translate long-term business goals into clear, measurable strategies
Experience managing and motivating high-performing teams
Strong organizational and budget management skills
Skilled storyteller and communicator, able to engage diverse audiences and simplify complexity
Collaborative, proactive, and resilient leader who thinks several steps ahead
Inclusive leadership style and high self-awareness
