JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to unlock growth in one of the most dynamic clusters in Greece, Cyprus, Balkans & Baltics cluster. As a Business Development Manager, you will translate category insights into powerful commercial actions, working closely with distributor partners to strengthen Unilever’s footprint in the NoMAK region.
You will shape the Personal Care agenda end‑to‑end: from strategy and planning to flawless execution in-market. Your work will directly influence market share, customer partnerships, brand visibility, and P&L delivery - making this role a key enabler of sustainable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the IBP process by analyzing market, consumer, and internal data to define priorities and build the annual category plan.
- Drive execution of the Personal Care plan with a winning mix of product, price, place, and promotion, ensuring delivery of category and P&L targets.
- Own the media plan end‑to‑end – from briefing to execution and optimization – ensuring strong ROI and alignment with brand and in‑store activations.
- Execute launches and activations, coordinating artworks, POS materials, distributor plans, and local market activities.
- Build strong insights understanding (market, consumer, shopper, competition) and translate into clear commercial recommendations.
- Manage collaboration with distributor partners, working closely with Sales Managers in NoMAK to deliver plans and secure excellent in‑market execution.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, CSP and Sales teams to ensure readiness and alignment on priorities.
- Participate in S&OP and recommend pricing, promotional, or demand adjustments to achieve monthly and annual KPIs.
- Track innovation and promotional performance, ensuring post‑launch focus and continuous improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and build financially sound business cases aligned with category strategy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or commercial roles
- Fluency in English
- Strong business ownership mindset and results orientation
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel & presentation creation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working with external partners
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- FMCG experience (Personal Care category experience is an advantage)
- Additional regional languages
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Scope: Responsible for leading and executing the Personal Care Category strategy across North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo, operated through our distributor model.
- Location: Athens, in UL HQ.
- Terms & Conditions: Full time. Travel is required to respective countries.
