Overview: Our client is a well-established manufacturer based in the Caribbean. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Brand Developer to support the development and execution of regional sales and marketing initiatives, strengthen distributor partnerships, and drive brand growth across multiple markets.
Duties
& Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain
strong working relationships with distributors, service providers, and key
stakeholders across the Caribbean.
- Collaborate with
distributors to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that
strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth.
- Assist with the
preparation, implementation, and monitoring of annual sales and marketing
budgets.
- Develop marketing
plans, promotional campaigns, and advertising initiatives while ensuring
effective use of marketing budgets.
- Monitor distributor
sales performance, inventory levels, and product availability to identify
trends, forecast demand, and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze sales,
inventory, and market data and prepare regular reports, forecasts, and
performance reviews for management and distribution partners.
- Conduct market visits
to evaluate merchandising standards, product visibility, pricing,
promotional activities, and competitor performance.
- Gather market
intelligence by engaging retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and
consumers to identify opportunities and improve brand performance.
- Coordinate with
distributors to ensure timely processing of purchase orders, shipments,
and inventory replenishment.
- Support the planning
and execution of trade promotions, product launches, and brand-building
activities across multiple Caribbean markets.
- Maintain consistent
brand standards across retail locations and advertising channels,
including traditional and digital media.
- Train and support
distributor sales and merchandising teams by delivering product knowledge
sessions and sales presentations.
- Assist in identifying,
developing, and commercializing new products to complement the existing
product portfolio.
- Coordinate and
participate in quantitative and qualitative market research, customer
satisfaction surveys, and other research initiatives.
- Prepare detailed
reports following market visits, promotional activities, and research
projects, including recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with
internal teams to resolve distributor concerns and ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction.
- Perform other related
duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Management Studies, or a related
field.
- Minimum of two (2)
years' experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG/FMCG) industry
preferred.
- Experience in consumer
marketing is an asset.
- Strong communication,
presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical,
organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage
multiple projects and work independently.
- Creative,
results-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Strong numerical and
reporting skills.
- Proficient in
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, and online collaboration
tools.
- Willingness to travel
extensively throughout the Caribbean when required.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Studies, or a related field

- Experience in consumer marketing
