Coordinate with clients, fabricators, and consultants through all phases of design
Guide junior team members through signage workflows, design standards, and implementation best practices
Help shape the studio’s signage expertise and contribute to growing our portfolio in sports, hospitality, workplace, and mixed-use environments

Strong understanding of environmental graphic design and its implementation in the built environment
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field
Expertise in designing and documenting signage systems—from code and wayfinding signage, to custom brand moments
Familiarity with room numbering systems, user journey mapping, ADA and building code compliance, and industry standards
Experience using Revit for signage programming and coordination is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Revit and SketchUp
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize across multiple fast-paced projects
