What You’ll Do

As a Brand Coordinator, you’ll provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to our Lifestyle Brands team. You’ll help manage projects, coordinate with internal teams and licensing partners, and ensure key business information and brand initiatives stay organized and on track.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Provide daily operational support to the Lifestyle Brands team.

  • Manage sales, royalty, and forecast data from licensing partners.

  • Support budget tracking and maintain internal and external contact lists.

  • Coordinate team calendars, meetings, calls, and communications with internal and external partners.

  • Maintain accurate licensing information, including term sheets, amendments, and renewals, in Salesforce.

  • Track licensing partner performance and compliance, including royalty reports, sales forecasts, and certificates of insurance.

  • Support competitive research through online research and retail visits.

  • Partner with FP&A and licensing partners on sales projections and financial analysis.

  • Maintain brand books, product calendars, and other key brand resources.

  • Coordinate product samples and requests for photoshoots.

  • Assist with reviewing CADs, packaging, style guides, marketing materials, and trend guides.

  • Prepare meeting notes, recaps, and follow-up items.

  • Manage showroom samples and the sample closet.

  • Support additional brand and business projects as needed.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Strong interest in brand management, licensing, and the retail industry.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Working knowledge of retail math.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Primary Location Salary: $70,000
