At Pernod Ricard Sweden, we’re now looking for an innovative, open-minded team player to be our new Brand and Sales activator Wholesalers. The position is limited to 60% working hours.

Main Purpose:
In this role, you will support the execution of our commercial strategy in the on-trade and drive sales through the wholesaler to deliver strong results and to contribute positively to the overall business performance of Pernod Ricard Sweden. Furthermore, you will manage the total product portfolio in line with yearly brand/trade plans, growth targets and budgets to develop and maximize our business with the wholesaler, and work in close collaboration with Trade Marketing and Sales teams.

The overall responsibilities:

  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with the wholesaler and on-trade customers.
  • Support commercial agreements that foster collaboration.
  • Be present throughout the on-trade channel, both day and night, offering training, tastings, and sharing product information.
  • Maintain daily reporting in our CRM system.
  • Ensure brand visibility and drive volume and product mix in the on-trade territory.
  • Manage the budget for the wholesaler activation plan, and working towards predefined KPIs.
  • Implement new sales tool to accelerate sales and drive profitable contracts, together with KAM-team.
  • Seamlessly integrate Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) in all activities.

Key activities will include:

  • Work in alignment with strategic brand priorities and net sales guidelines.
  • Maintain a high physical presence in the on-trade channel and meet or exceed set KPIs.
  • Ensure reporting and feedback according to standard requirements.
  • Represent Pernod Ricard Sweden in the market by adhering to company rules, policies, and Code of Conduct.

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • A University Degree within Business Management or similar
  • +3 years Sales experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Swedish 
  • Good knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • A valid driver’s license. The position is based within the region but requires weekly travel, with an estimated allocation of approximately 15% of working hours for administrative tasks and 85% for fieldwork.
  • Previous experience from working in the FMCG industry and/or spirits industry is a great advantage.

This is a permanent, part time (60%) position that starts with a 6 month probation period. Preferred start date is as soon as possible. Due to summer vacations, we will start the interviewing process in mid-August.
