Key Responsibilities
Advertising Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies that align with business objectives and campaign goals, prioritizing customer, and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader marketing and business strategies, gathering proof points to support brand messaging.
- Shape and steward CFM’s brand voice, visual identity, and brand frameworks, ensuring consistency across all channels and regions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitors, market dynamics, and growth segments to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic advantage.
- Use data-driven insights and AI tools to refine strategy and enhance impact.
Campaign and Project Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple channels including out of home, digital, print, and events, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Define clear objectives, target audiences, key messages, deliverables, and KPIs
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all advertising
- Leverage project management software to track in-market advertising plans, streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Budget management in collaboration with financing, sourcing and external agency teams, including budget tracking and reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact between client teams, internal creative teams, and external creative agencies and vendors.
Brand governance
- Maintain ongoing brand governance to ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and adherence to brand guidelines across all initiatives.
- Provide brand training tools, and guidance for internal teams and partners; respond to brand-related questions as the key point of contact for all brand related inquires.
Agency and Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external advertising agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality strategic and creative work, on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budget and timing; lead the review and approval of final production files for release.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Communications, Events, and Digital teams to ensure advertising efforts are integrated and support overall business objectives.
- Provide branding support to all CFM team members across functions - including digital, social, trade shows, media relations and internal communications.
Performance Measurement:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for advertising campaigns and track progress against goals.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights to leadership.
Organization and Ways of Working
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Summarize key meetings, clarify next steps and owners, and proactively resolve roadblocks while remaining calm under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years in advertising, marketing, or brand roles with a strong foundation in brand-building (CPG or other brand-led sectors preferred) and interest in B2B. Experience in aerospace or industrial sectors is a plus
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors, from briefing through production and optimization
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, connecting brand activities to business outcomes and using data/AI to inform decisions
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication, including clear briefs, persuasive storytelling, and polished leadership presentations
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, and comfort learning new AI, analytics, and project management solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, with strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, building structure, and driving clarity across stakeholders.
- Curiosity about aerospace innovation; current industry knowledge a preferred, but not required
- Bi-lingual English/French speaker is a plus
The base pay range for this position is $119,000 - $158,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on 4/26/26.
