The role involves close collaboration with Brand Manager, Field Force, Medical, and Business Operations to ensure effective implementation of communication activities across both private and public healthcare channels.

- Translate insights into tailored activation plans by province, city, or key account cluster (e.g. private vaccination centers/chains, public vaccination center, schools, industrial zones, residential areas...).
- Proactively propose campaign concepts and activity calendars based on local public health trends, community concerns, or vaccine barriers/uptakes.
Field Activation & Execution:
- Develop ready-to-use toolkits (POSM, slides, education packs) aligned with brand directions and public health objectives.
- Plan and deploy seasonal campaigns in priority provinces/cities or high-risk areas in partnership with external stakeholders (local health institutions, healthcare providers/partners...).
- Coordinate field-based programs in schools, business associations, residential areas, and industrial parks, especially during key health moments (e.g. back-to-school, rainy season...).
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with KOLs, public institutions as well as private/public healthcare providers and community partners for joint campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Field Force team to ensure consistent, high-impact campaigns' deliverables.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal SOPs and healthcare regulations.
