Job Description

  • Assist in coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities, repairs, and improvements for all bank branches and corporate buildings, including liaising with external vendors and contractors.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for various branch operations, such as managing inventory of office supplies, equipment, and promotional materials, and coordinating their distribution.

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of safety protocols and security measures within bank premises, including regular checks of security systems and incident reporting.

  • Assist in tracking and managing expenses related to facilities maintenance and operational supplies, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.

  • Help to manage relationships with service providers, including negotiating contracts, monitoring service levels, and ensuring compliance with bank standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, facility inspections, and inventory levels. Prepare regular reports on facility status, operational issues, and service provider performance.

  • Provide support for relocation projects, new branch openings, or renovation initiatives, including logistics planning and coordination.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the branches and buildings department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, administrative support, or operations within a corporate environment, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with facilities management software or inventory management systems is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective interaction with internal staff, vendors, and contractors.

  • Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and expenses effectively.

  • Fluency in Thai and a good command of English (both written and spoken) is required.
