Location: Remote (Must be based in Brazil; candidates in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo are a strong plus!)

🏆 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Case Management & Resolution 📂: Lead compliance and anti-piracy cases from initial contact to resolution, engaging directly with customers and internal teams.
- Strategic Negotiation 🤝: Manage important discussions regarding software licensing via email, phone, and virtual meetings. You will turn non-compliant users into happy, licensed customers.
- Data Analysis & CRM Management 📊: Analyze investigation data to evaluate scenarios, prepare detailed reports, and ensure all lead activities are accurately tracked in our CRM.
- Process Optimization 💡: Actively document workflows and share knowledge to help us improve our engagement strategies for the Brazilian market.
🎯 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, collections, business development, or customer engagement. (Experience in software compliance or B2B sales is a huge plus!)
- Language Skills 🗣: You must be fully fluent in English (written and spoken) for internal reporting and fluent in Portuguese for customer engagement in Brazil.
- Technical Savvy 💻: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and experience using CRM systems to track KPIs.
- Soft Skills: You have a "hunter" mindset—you are resilient, persuasive, and thrive working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Location Bonus 📍: Must be based in Brazil. While this is a fully remote role, being based in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo is a nice-to-have!
- Contract Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor.
- Trial Period: The engagement begins with a mandatory 3-month probationary period to assess performance and fit.
- Base Pay: $900 USD monthly.
- Performance Bonus: Up to $400 USD monthly based on measurable KPIs and case resolutions. (Total On-Target Earnings: $1,300 USD/month).
