Summary
The dispute team works in scenarios where some type of commercial disagreement occurs, that is, some type of problem in the case of a purchase made using a credit card that was not delivered/fulfilled. In this case, the team is responsible for sending information to the credit card company to handle this type of commercial disagreement.
What you'll do
- Develop solutions using Groovy and Golang
- Monitor the functionality and performance of developed solutions
- Proactively address and solve system failures
- Creating AWS structures using Terraform
- Deploy developed solutions in a production environment using the CI/CD model
- Apply critical thinking when evaluating code requests from other team members
- Participate in on-call rotations to assist the team with customer service outside of regular business hours.
Minimum Qualifications
- B1 English (Intermediate)
- Solid experience with Java or Groovy
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with Cloud environments (preferably AWS)
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Availability for on-call shifts
- Desirable experience with Go
- Desirable experience with CI/CD
