Skills Required

3–7 years of experience as an Appian Developer
Hands-on experience with Appian SAIL and BPM
Experience building Appian objects, including interfaces, process models, records, reports, rules, and data stores
Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, web services, and JDBC/database connectors
Strong database fundamentals and hands-on SQL skills
Senior or Lead Appian Developer certification
Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution skills
Technical documentation experience, including design notes, technical specifications, test evidence, and release notes
