  • Document RPA solutions including Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and test scripts.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate RPA bots with BPM, ERP, and enterprise systems for end-to-end automation.

3. Application Development & System Support

  • Develop and customise applications using BPM tools, RPA platforms, or relevant low-code technologies.
  • Build and maintain API integrations and facilitate structured data exchange between enterprise systems.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and performance validation of developed applications and bots.
  • Support workflow-related system enhancements, configurations, and issue resolution.

4. User Support & Adoption

  • Provide first and second-level support to end users, resolving workflow and automation-related issues within defined SLAs.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create self-help materials to drive adoption of workflow and automation solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to translate requirements into workable solutions.
  • Support change management and adoption initiatives for newly implemented workflow and automation processes.

5. Data Management & Reporting

  • Manage data uploads, validations, and transformations across workflow and connected enterprise systems.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights on workflow and automation performance.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards and audit requirements.
  • Monitor workflow KPIs and operational metrics to support decision-making and process optimisation.

6. Process Improvement & Digitization

  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimise system usage, eliminate manual interventions, and automate repetitive workflows.
  • Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
  • Recommend workflow redesign and process simplification to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Contribute to developing a Centre of Excellence (CoE) mindset around workflow automation and digital tools.


7. Documentation

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of workflow configurations, process maps, RPA bot designs, and user manuals.
  • Ensure documentation quality meets audit and compliance standards.
  • Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and workflow governance materials.
