Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Support Head Finance and other senior stakeholders by providing well managed and high-quality business analysis, as well as addressing various ad-hoc requests to support business growth.

  • Manage the implementation of both local and above-country strategies and projects, ensuring they align with local business needs and local legislation.

  • Lead the budgeting, latest outlook and strategic planning processes.

  • Drive the monthly closing process with high focus on all P&L lines, Balance sheet and the Net Working Capital elements.

  • Ensure business performance is appropriately monitored and measured. Provide analysis of the key variances and their causes compared to various periods and drive early warnings for resource reallocation.

  • Lead various cross-departmental initiatives aimed at growing and accelerating business and maximizing value (gross-to-net optimization, gross margin improvements, product profitability, cost management, inventories etc.).

  • Continuously improve existing management reports, simplify and challenge current ways of working to meet the changing demands of the pharmaceutical generic industry.

  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies and assist with mitigation activities in case of internal control deficiencies.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within the organization to facilitate collaborative advancements.

 

What you will bring to the role:

  • University degree.

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Finance (but not limited to). Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis is an advantage.

  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to understand the bigger picture.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Ability to clearly explain financial information to a broad range of audiences.

  • Proactivity, ability to work independently, passion for commercial business.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power point).

  • Fluent in English and German (written & verbal).

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 60.212,80/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
