Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Support Head Finance and other senior stakeholders by providing well managed and high-quality business analysis, as well as addressing various ad-hoc requests to support business growth.

Manage the implementation of both local and above-country strategies and projects, ensuring they align with local business needs and local legislation.

Lead the budgeting, latest outlook and strategic planning processes.

Drive the monthly closing process with high focus on all P&L lines, Balance sheet and the Net Working Capital elements.

Ensure business performance is appropriately monitored and measured. Provide analysis of the key variances and their causes compared to various periods and drive early warnings for resource reallocation.

Lead various cross-departmental initiatives aimed at growing and accelerating business and maximizing value (gross-to-net optimization, gross margin improvements, product profitability, cost management, inventories etc.).

Continuously improve existing management reports, simplify and challenge current ways of working to meet the changing demands of the pharmaceutical generic industry.

Ensure compliance with all internal policies and assist with mitigation activities in case of internal control deficiencies.

Establish and maintain strong relationships within the organization to facilitate collaborative advancements.
What you will bring to the role:

University degree.
-
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Finance (but not limited to). Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis is an advantage.

Excellent analytical skills with ability to understand the bigger picture.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Ability to clearly explain financial information to a broad range of audiences.

Proactivity, ability to work independently, passion for commercial business.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power point).

Fluent in English and German (written & verbal).

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 60.212,80/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
