Pernod Ricard Hellas, a Great Place To Work-certified company, is seeking a Bottling Supervisor to join our team starting March 2025. This is an indefinite-term contract based at our production site in Mytilene.

Key Responsibilities

Production and bottling planning. Monitoring of raw materials, quality control of raw materials (Navision, BI reports).

Inspection of produced products during the production process.

Monitoring of equipment maintenance and production investment planning.

Evaluates the existing production and bottling staff for performance, behavior, etc. (Workday).

Suggestions, new ideas, and actions for production improvement (quality and productivity enhancement) or new product design (equipment, etc.).

Member of the factory’s tasting team.

Ensuring compliance with hygiene and product safety rules.

Monitoring adherence to workplace safety regulations, ATEX zones, and the implementation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Member of the quality systems management and maintenance team (LOOP, Intelex).

Entry of bottling production orders into the ERP system (Navision).

Monitors and resolves equipment and facility malfunctions.

Participates in projects related to new products, new production processes, or any production changes. Monitors all new Group guidelines related to quality or workplace safety and ensures their implementation.

Deputy operator on the Intelex platform for managing complaints from Pernod Ricard Hellas (LOOP).

Participates in and monitors the factory’s investment planning.

Responsible for forming Health & Safety Committees, the HACCP team, the Environmental team, and maintaining meeting minutes. Also responsible for organizing and monitoring the LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) process for the entire facility and equipment.
The ideal candidate
-
Graduate of Technical Educational Institute (TEI) or Higher Educational Institute (AEI) in technical or related production fields.

Good knowledge of quality management systems.

Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.

Good computer skills.
-
Experience in a similar field is desirable.

Fluent in both written and verbal communication in Greek.

Good knowledge of a foreign language (English).
