- Own the day-to-day operations of business bots to ensure smooth performance and reliable outcomes.
- Monitor bot activity, spot issues early, and coordinate fixes with relevant teams (e.g., Operations, Product/Tech, Vendors) when needed.
- Manage incoming requests and requirements related to bots (triage, clarification, prioritization, follow-up).
- Maintain clear documentation: bot configurations, known issues, changes, and operational guidelines.
- Prepare regular Excel-based reports and trackers (performance, incidents, request status, trends) and share updates with stakeholders in English.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring problems and proposing practical operational solutions.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and communicate status, risks, and next steps in a clear and professional way.
- This is a fixed-term role until the end of the year (with a focus on maintaining operational continuity and stability).
- Very good English & Polish (written and spoken) for daily communication with stakeholders.
- Strong Excel skills (trackers, pivot tables, basic formulas; ability to work with operational data).
- High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple requests in parallel.
- Experience in operations/support/coordination roles (automation, bots, tools, workflows or similar) is a plus.
