XTEND is looking for a bookkeeper to join our finance team and support the company’s day-to-day accounting operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) entries
- Process supplier invoices, execute payments, and manage outstanding debts
- Issue customer invoices and ensure accurate revenue tracking
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
- 5+ years of experience as a bookkeeper
- Bookkeeping certification type 1+2 – must
- Hands-on experience with Priority ERP system – must
- Experience in the high-tech industry – an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Skills Required

- Bookkeeping certification type 1+2
- Hands-on experience with Priority ERP system
