Our Finance team plays a key role in ensuring our operations are smooth, compliant, and scalable. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Bookkeeper to join our collaborative and innovative Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record invoices, payments, and GL transactions.
- Lead key aspects of the monthly closing process, including provisions, prepaid expenses and allocation expenses.
- Prepare and submit VAT reports, withholding tax and other tax reportings
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Maintain Fixed Asset records.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities
Required Skills:
- 3+ Years of experience as a Bookkeeper, with formal bookkeeping qualifications
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite (NS)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Responsible, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
