Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle bookkeeping, including preparation of periodic financial reports.
- Ongoing work with banks, including bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Work with local and foreign vendors, including invoice processing and payments (MASAV, bank transfers).
- Ongoing and annual reporting to authorities (VAT, Income Tax).
- Monthly closing of the books, including preparation of reports for the CPA and performing analytical reviews.
- Handling complex journal entries and end-of-period accruals (intercompany reconciliations, accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, fixed asset management).
Mandatory Requirements
- Type 3 Bookkeeping Certificate - required.
- At least 10 years of experience as an independent bookkeeper, including balance sheet preparation and period-end closing.
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Full proficiency in ERP systems - significant advantage for NetSuite.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
- Good level of English.
- Highly organized, accurate, responsible, fast learner, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, system-oriented mindset, and excellent human relations.
