Responsibilities
- General Bookkeeping
- Accounts Receivables
- Taxes
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year end close procedures
- Assisting with external/internal audits
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation
- Utilizing ERP system software
- General accounting and administrative duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in accounting, preferably with an understanding of construction accounting/work in progress
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
- Strong technical and organizational skills
