We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance Department and assist in all areas of responsibilities as a part of the bookkeeping team.
What will you actually be doing?
- Recording daily financial transactions and invoices.
- Prepare and manage payments cycle to global vendors.
- Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliation.
- Travel reports and personal expenses reimbursement.
- Support in EOM closing.
- Perform other bookkeeping tasks as requested.
- Work in a multi-currency environment.
Skills: & Requirements
- Certified Bookkeeper – Must.
- Advanced English level (both spoken and written) – Advantage.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge in NetSuite – Advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to work in a team and be a team player.
- Full-time position.
