About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Bookkeeper to manage daily
accounting operations, including intercompany processes, fixed assets, expense
reimbursements, and financial analysis. If you're passionate about data and thrive in a

What You’ll Do:
- Manage accounts payable, process invoices, and track AP aging.
- Prepare and manage intercompany reconciliations.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and generate insightful reports for management.
- Oversee fixed asset management, including audits and depreciation.
- Manage monthly employee expense reimbursements.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with global teams to streamline financial operations.
- Tackle ad-hoc tasks with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
What You Bring:
- Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2, Type 3 is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, ideally within a Hi-Tech or multi-national company.
- Strong English skills (both spoken and written).
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
