We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the finance team of a growing UK-based insurance claims management provider.
If you're confident working with Sage, have strong reconciliation skills and take pride in keeping financial records accurate and up to date, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions
- Performing bank and account reconciliations
- Handling credit control and following up on outstanding payments
- Processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting the smooth running of daily finance operations
Essential requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience
- Minimum 5 years' bank reconciliation experience
- Practical experience using Sage accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment
Advantageous:
- Experience with Proclaim software
- Previous exposure to the UK insurance or claims management industry
