We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Bookkeeper to maintain accurate records of our day-to-day financial transactions. The Bookkeeper will be part of our growing financial department and will report to the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
- Ensure invoices are approved for payment and coded accurately.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments to verify invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Tracking payments received and following up on overdue accounts.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.
- Certified bookkeeper Type 2.
- 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper (Hi-Tech or multi-national company – an advantage).
- Good-level English.
- Experience working with SAP by design - an advantage.
- Experience with SOX process - an advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
Skills Required
- Certified bookkeeper Type 2.
- 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
- Experience in hi-tech or multinational company.
- Good-level English.
- Experience working with SAP ByDesign.
- Experience with SOX process.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
