Responsibilities:

职位概述
负责BM12复卷机的日常操作，确保复卷过程顺利进行，产品质量符合标准。
岗位职责
1. 严格按照操作规程和安全要求，独立完成BM12复卷机的启动、运行、停机等操作。
2. 监控复卷过程中的纸幅张力、卷筒紧实度、切边质量等关键参数，并及时进行调整。
3. 负责复卷机设备的日常点检、清洁和基本维护保养，确保设备正常运行。
4. 及时发现并处理复卷过程中出现的异常情况，如断纸、卷筒缺陷等，并向上级报告。
5. 准确记录生产数据，包括产量、损耗、停机时间等，并进行汇报。
6. 协助进行设备故障排查和维修工作。
7. 严格遵守公司各项规章制度和安全生产管理规定。
8. 完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
任职要求
1. 中专及以上学历，机械、机电一体化等相关专业优先。
2. 1年以上大型造纸或类似生产设备操作经验者优先考虑。
3. 熟悉复卷机设备的工作原理和操作流程。
4. 具备较强的学习能力、动手能力和解决问题的能力。
5. 良好的安全意识和团队合作精神。
6. 能够适应倒班工作制。
7. 身体健康，无色盲、色弱，能胜任生产一线工作。
