Job Summary

The Web Analyst will play a leading role in the Marketing Enablement Team of BL AA, working very closely with the Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and Corporate Web team, as well as the BL leadership to successfully perform on a regular basis web analytics, analyzing scraped web data to identify areas for improvement, keep track of the projects effectiveness and impact in web, report findings (customer experience and behavior) and provide recommendations that drive impact to PL and management. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in effective communication skills and will focus on the following goals:

• Determine most important KPIs, drive web analytics and web reporting needs within the BL.
• Build successfully relationships with Product Lines to support digital marketing objectives.
• Build a reputation of being the go-to person to support web analytics related projects.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science and 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Social Media, Campaign and Web Traffic Analytics, Google Analytics , Power BI, SimilarWeb, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Capability to analyze data and provide meaningful insights for the business.
• Ability to develop and maintain analytics dashboards.
• Efficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great organization skills. 
  • Self-motivated, self-driven and great ability to take ownership and responsibility of their tasks within a high-performing team/environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills. Responsible for reporting web analytics findings and recommendations to PL and management on a regular basis.
• Attention to details.
• Proven track record of quickly learning new technologies.
