POSITION SUMMARY
This CAM is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans for assigned core accounts, driving sustainable revenue growth and strengthening Thermo Fisher Scientific’s position as a trusted partner.
This role serves as the primary commercial contact for core accounts and works closely with internal stakeholders across TSS, FAS, Service, Product Management, and Enabling functions to identify growth opportunities, expand customer relationships, and deliver integrated solutions. The incumbent will focus on customer intimacy, share gain, strategic partnership development, and long-term business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned key customers to drive revenue growth and market share expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across customer organizations
- Establish executive-level engagement and strengthen Thermo Fisher’s position as a strategic partner
- Identify customer business priorities, investment plans, and growth opportunities to develop long-term account strategies
- Drive sales growth across the BPG portfolio, including bioprocessing products, services, and solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted growth areas
- Lead opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline development activities to achieve annual business targets
- Coordinate internal resources to support customer success and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead account reviews, opportunity planning, and customer engagement activities
- Provide customer and market insights to support business strategy and portfolio development
- Identify risks and opportunities and develop proactive action plans
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related majors.
- 8+ years of sales, account management, business development, or commercial experience within the Life Sciences, Biopharma, Bioprocessing, CDMO, or related industry
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving business growth targets
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop complex sales opportunities
- Good stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple business units and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
Skills Required
