Job Description:
Responsibilities :
- To work on the delivery of BIM projects.
- Preparation & management of model strategies, modelling methodologies & BEP documents
- Responsible for setting up projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and organization of a team to begin with.
- Involve in Implementation/Adoption of BIM and guidelines for new/existing projects.
- BIM Protocols to be establishes for new initiatives.
- Implementation of cloud collaboration.
- Linking BIM to the project Construction, administration Phase for submittals, construction models, shop drawings and schedules
- Evaluate new BIM related software and technologies and stay informed on best practices for use of Revit and BIM software.
- Managing & assisting resources/teams to develop 3D models up to LOD 400
Coordination:
- Attending coordination meeting and design meetings for guideline follow-ups and model progress.
- Assist project teams in BIM project setup.
- Assist in project work - modeling and detailing.
Additional Job Description:
- Develops ideas with clients. Establishes budgets.
- Assesses the users' needs of the buildings; considers the impact within the local environment.
- Produces detailed workings, drawings, and specifications.
- Works closely with contractors on site to ensure works are carried out following specific standards.
- Resolves issues during construction.
- Other duties as assigned.
