Key Responsibilities
Lead the production, coordination, and maintenance of detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit, ensuring full integration across architectural and structural disciplines.
Support MEP engineers in developing accurate and coordinated models, including HVAC ductwork, chilled water piping, plumbing layouts, cable trays, conduits, electrical equipment, lighting, and fire protection systems.
Generate project-specific outputs such as load schedules, single-line diagrams (SLDs), riser diagrams, panel schedules, and annotated views from the coordinated models.
Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Surbana Jurong’s BIM standards, and internationally recognized frameworks such as ISO 19650.
Lead and participate in clash detection and resolution activities using Navisworks Manage, collaborating closely across teams to resolve spatial and design conflicts.
Manage and contribute to the preparation of construction drawings, coordination documentation, and model data sets through BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Drive modeling efficiency and consistency through the development and management of Revit families, BIM content libraries, templates, and automation tools.
Conduct thorough QA/QC checks to ensure models and extracted drawings are accurate, coordinated, constructible, and aligned with project requirements at each stage of delivery.
Requirements:
Education Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Relevant Experience Minimum: 3 – 5 years of drafting experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical building services in consultancy firm.
Professional Knowledge/ Skills: Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit software Have a good understand of Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Skills Required
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
