Job DescriptionResponsible for ensuring that the company's customers are billed accurately and in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
The Senior Billing Analyst will also work closely with other B2C Analysts and Specialists to manage customer receipts, disputes, and escalations to local Operations and Finance teams.
Reporting To
- SSC Manager / Order Management Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the billing process, including invoice generation, account reconciliations, and review of billing data.
- Review and manage large datasets to ensure billing accuracy for customers.
- Establish and/or maintain contracts, billing rules, and transactions.
- Investigate and resolve complex billing issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing practices.
- Assist in the training and development of other Billing Analysts.
- Monitor accounts receivable and related transactions.
- Oversee the company's revenue intake process.
- Analyze billing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare analytical reports and present findings to supervisors and management.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly audits and data clean-up activities.
- Identify and resolve errors within billing operations.
- Work closely with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team on any other customer-related matters.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
Language Requirements:
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
