Grow with us- Your Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Generate invoices to customers or intercompany invoices in the system, from different sources of request: warehouse, technical service and administration and finance and customer support
- Send invoices to customers via email
- Generate re-invoicing in the system upon request
- Follow up on information needed in the system for proof of delivery of materials
- Generate information and KPIs of the invoicing process
- Generate invoices of down payments to customers
- Prepare documentation for the delivery of materials
What will convince us- Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or related career.
- 1 to 2 years' experience in similar positions, preferably in multinational companies.
- Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations on electronic invoicing (CFDI).
- Management of ERP systems (SAP preferably).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Effective communication skills and customer orientation.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the English language (Intermediate level).
