We are looking to hire this position in our Reading PA or Fairhaven MA office.

- Full-time, direct hire role with guaranteed starting salary of $55-65K
You Will:
- Work with account managers, sales, SOC team, and more to ensure accurate billing for services
- Engage with clients to resolve concerns, provide a great experience, and follow up on agreement end dates and renewals
- Track critical processes: block time agreement balances for overages, Datto backups (ensure servers match signed contracts), ACH discount management, and upcoming renewal tracking
- Reconcile customer agreements using monthly vendor statement
- Work with Billing Supervisor to generate T & M Invoices on a monthly basis
- Generate monthly detailed client billing reports
- Fix ConnectWise invoice batching issues
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in billing or accounting
- Experience with MSP billing is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple task simultaneously
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in ConnectWise, QuickBooks or related applications is strongly preferred
