We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Billing Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating and calculating customer invoices and ensuring billing accuracy. The position primarily involves work in McLeod and Excel, focusing more on billing functions rather than comprehensive accounting, making it ideal for individuals with billing experience or familiarity with related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Creation and Calculation: Generate accurate customer invoices and perform necessary calculations to ensure precise billing.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of all billing activities.
Software Utilization: Work extensively with McLeod and Excel for billing operations, ensuring data integrity and streamlined processes.
Customer Communication: Address any billing inquiries and provide support to customers related to their invoices.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and efficient billing processes.
Experience in billing or related roles (a background in accounting is beneficial but not required).
Proficiency in McLeod, Excel, and other relevant software.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication skills for effective customer interaction.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Working conditions:
