Responsibilities:
- Compile Recurring and Ad-Hoc reporting for stakeholders across data sets and reporting environments.
- Assist in validating and reconciling data across systems and vendors to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information that could delay claim submission or reimbursement.
- Gather, document, and clarify stakeholder reporting requirements to develop content and manage version control.
- Assist in migrating reports and dashboards from one system to another.
- Maintain working knowledge of revenue cycle workflow and project specific expectations to create and maintain exception reporting.
- Track and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle performance, billing accuracy, and to enhance revenue recognition.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Accounting preferred or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheet and at least one of the following: BusinessObjects, Tableau, or Power BI to create and schedule reporting solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or data analysis preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate issues/risks associated with projects and findings, both verbally and via presentations or other visual media to multiple layers of leadership and key stakeholders.
Physical Demands & Working Environment:
- Hours and days may vary depending on operational needs.
- Standing or sitting for long periods of time may be necessary.
- May be exposed to hazardous materials, blood specimens and instruments with moving parts, heating or freezing elements, and high speed centrifugation.

GRAIL has a variety of work types depending on the roles. Some roles are onsite like a lab role, some are fully remote like our Galleri Sales Consultant roles. Others are hybrid with 2-3 days onsite. Typically Tuesday and Thursday.
