  • Manage internal and external communications – serve as a key point of contact for clients, providers, and internal teams, handling requests professionally and with urgency.
  • Resolve issues and drive solutions – apply critical thinking and sound judgment to troubleshoot problems, address escalations, and keep work moving forward.
  • Execute high-volume operational tasks – process invoices, Provider Delivery Orders (PDOs), expedite requests, and other workflow-driven tasks with speed and accuracy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional requests – route inquiries, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely resolution across teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation – verify details, ensure compliance, and support operational excellence through organized recordkeeping.
  • Improve processes and efficiency – identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements to enhance team performance and service delivery

You’ll crush this role if you bring 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail are essential. You’re confident handling both internal and external communications, including challenging conversations, and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone to resolve issues quickly and professionally. You’re known for balancing speed and accuracy, staying organized under pressure, and managing multiple priorities without missing details. You take ownership of your work, use sound judgment to solve problems proactively, and keep workflows moving by anticipating and resolving issues before they escalate. You pick up new systems quickly and are comfortable working in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, or similar platforms. Court reporting, legal, professional services, or startup experience is a plus. You will be required to work 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM PT, with a mandatory Saturday once a month.

Skills Required

  • 1+ years of high-volume billing experience
  • Experience with invoicing or data entry
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Comfortable managing tickets and communication in tools like Google Workspace, Zendesk, and Slack
