We are hiring a Billing Coordinator based in Cannock.

What You’ll Do

• Raise invoices, chase payments, and act as the first point of contact for invoice payment issues.

• Complete daily invoicing and manage available credit to prevent bad debts.

• Handle incoming customer calls to address equipment, service, or contract issues.

• Support the sales function with customer orders.

• Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments.

• Translate customer requirements across multiple systems, ensuring operational teams are well informed.

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of customer and job data.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of invoicing and billing. 

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle non-routine situations.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
