POSITION OVERVIEW
Red Seat Ventures, a FOX Corporation company, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Billing Coordinator to support our Finance & Ad Sales organization. This role is responsible for managing billing-related workflows while supporting the broader end-to-end sales process, partnering closely with Account Executives, agencies, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution, revenue integrity, and strong client relationships across platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the end-to-end sales and billing process by understanding and utilizing sales systems, tools, and procedures.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Traffic, Finance, and external customers to investigate invoice discrepancies, resolve issues, and support efficient billing processes.
Review campaign reports and airchecks to verify delivery against contracted IOs
Help maintain and improve billing process documentation and standard operating procedures
Identify trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities that enhance billing accuracy, cash application efficiency, reporting, and internal controls.
Work closely with Revenue Operations and Accounting to review and advise on monthly customer invoice revisions and route for approvals as needed
Review all IOs to ensure alignment with approved media plans, pricing, and billing terms.
Submit, track, and resolve special billing requests.
Respond to Account Executive requests related to billing details.
Coordinate with internal finance and traffic teams, and agency personnel to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Work closely with client and agency contacts to address billing inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships
ABOUT YOU
Preferred 2+ years of experience in media, advertising, billing, or sales operations and experience with billing discrepancy handling.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience with STBS, WideOrbit, Salesforce, Workday or similar ad sales/billing systems is a plus.
Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting, documentation and workflow automation preferred.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Solutions-oriented, customer-service mindset with a focus on accuracy and revenue support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-34.62 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
