Job Description
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Billing Specialist with German to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and mailing monthly customer bills using an automated high-volume billing system. You will ensure the system is maintained for accuracy and efficiency while preparing periodic billing reports and financial statements. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and analyzing account records.
