Job Description

As an Billing and Revenue analyst, you will be part of the Teya Shared Service Accounting team. A strong and talented team that's data-driven, inquisitive by heart, and supports every decision based on carefully collected and organized information! Our team is highly cross-functional and works across the business’ European footprint. At Teya, you are joining a community that will challenge you and invest heavily in delivering the best solution whilst showing great care for its customer base.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Billing and Revenue Analyst to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will be a key player in managing billing processes, handling revenue analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive efficient operations. You’ll work on important projects, use your analytical skills, and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Your Mission

  • Assist in reconciliations of accounts receivable records using Excel.

  • Manage and analyze billing and revenue data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Work with different teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve billing processes.

  • Handle important projects related to revenue management and billing operations.

  • Use tools like SAP and Excel to support your analysis and reporting.

  • Continuously look for ways to enhance efficiency and accuracy in billing processes.

Perform other tasks as needed to support the team’s goals.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, preferably in the tech industry.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with various stakeholders and manage multiple projects.

  • Hands-on experience with billing processes and revenue analysis.

  • Proficient in using SAP and Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

And it would be awesome if you…

  • Prior experience with SAP or other accounting software.

  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel
