Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of monthly rental invoices for storage clients and ensuring the integrity of financial records through precise reconciliation and reporting.

You will join a transforming team dedicated to consolidating transactional Account-to-Cash (A2C) functions into our global hubs to drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Execute Monthly Billing Cycles: Manage all aspects of generating and distributing accurate rental invoices for United States storage clients to ensure timely revenue recognition.

  • Manage Financial Integrity: Perform general accounting activities, including reconciling ledger accounts and preparing financial statements like balance sheets and profit-and-loss reports.

  • Maintain Compliance and Reporting: Analyze statutory accounts and ensure all transactions comply with accepted accounting policies, organizational standards, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, billing, or a related financial domain.

  • Strong knowledge of Account-to-Cash (A2C) processes and general ledger maintenance.

  • Proven ability in financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and identifying variations from budget.

  • A University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
