Position Overview
We are creating a world-class team of media professionals and seeking for a young spirited, proactive and talented individual with entrepreneurial drive.
Objectives and Responsibilities
-Serve as the main point of contact for insertion order requests and bookings with the planning teams at major Big6 media agencies
-Assist the Commercial team in managing new advertisers / companies’ registration onto the Salesforce platform
-Manage the control process and ensure that all Opportunities and Sales Orders are generated, accomplishing internal compliance policies.
-Maintain timely and accurate Salesforce records for all projects, including all necessary billing and collection details.
-Ensure MediaDonuts by Aleph Commercial Team is operating within company compliance requirements in providing documentation to support each project.
-Control and regularly update CRM data to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce.
-Collaborate closely with Credit Risk analysis and Global Sales and Operation teams to support the resolution of billing and sales-related issues.
-Managing a demanding workload of emails and requests from internal and external
stakeholders.
-Be prepared to generate ad hoc reports to fulfill specific information requests.
Required Qualifications and Skills
-Candidate to hold bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Advertising, and related fields.
-Advanced English skills, both oral and written
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
-CRM/Workflow tools usage experience a plus (Salesforce desirable)
-Work experience in Sales Admin, Collections, and Billings or Finance departments
-Understanding agencies and the advertising industry environment is a plus
-Communication, analytical mindset, and organizational skills
-Strong time management skills & Ability to work under pressure
