Job Description:
What would you do on a daily basis?
- Resolving customer queries via email and telephone regarding billing, invoices, credit notes
- Providing customers with necessary information and possible solutions
- General administrative tasks (e.g. Creating reports, fulfilling data base)
We expect from applicants:
- Good English
- Good Excel skills
- Knowledge of Access would be an asset
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and to deal with multiple tasks
- Soft skills (problem analysis, problem solving, good decision making)
- At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
