BILINGUAL SALES PERSON

The Sales Associate will assist customers in finding the right vehicle while delivering a professional and seamless buying experience. This role is ideal for bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking), enabling them to effectively serve our diverse customer base. We are seeking motivated individuals with sales experience or a desire to build a long-term career in sales who maintain a professional appearance and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Our Sales Associates start with a salary-based training program and are paired with a mentor before transitioning to a commission-based pay plan. This role includes participation in outside networking and community events. We offer a 5-day workweek and are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
• Understand and promote available financing and leasing options
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Participate in outside networking events and sponsorship activities to generate new business opportunities

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• A strong desire to pursue a career in sales
• Professional Appearance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
