Bilingual (Spanish) Behavioral Health Program Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as our Bilingual Program Coordinator at our Behavioral Health Center in White Plains, NY. This is a combined direct service and program leadership role, and involves working collaboratively with the Behavioral Health Center Director and other leadership staff to help implement effective program operations and foster a supportive work environment.
In addition to selected direct clinical treatment, core responsibilities involve oversight of services related to mono-lingual Spanish-speaking clients and their families. This includes management of Spanish-speaking referrals, collaborating with and enhancing relationships with hospital and community-based referral partners, and primary supervision of therapists with significant Spanish-speaking client and family caseloads. Other responsibilities include leading team discussions, fostering effective performance-improvement and other change-management initiatives, case assignment, monitoring and reinforcing productivity standards, documentation requirements, timely access to care, and other hospital and regulatory policies.
Qualifications:
- Advanced NY State licensed clinician (LCSW preferred)
- 3-5 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health or collaborative care setting
- 1-2 years of supervisory/program management experience
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation workflows
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Salary range: $88,500 -- $96,500
