Job Description

What We Need: 

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Bilingual HR Support Representative proficient in German and English to ensure seamless HR support for our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log HR inquiries promptly via phone and email.
  • Resolve queries through efficient ticketing systems.
  • Address employee inquiries on policies, benefits, and more.
  • Maintain high-quality service levels and adhere to processes.
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Take ownership of query resolution and individual metrics.

Qualifications

 Our Must-Haves:

  • Excellent proficiency in German (B2 or higher).
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher).
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage confidential data with strict adherence to privacy standards.
