Spanish-English Customer Service Representatives

The people we look for to be our English Customer Service Representatives must demonstrate several key attributes in order to be considered for this position. Included in this list are the following:

  • Professional fluency in English with a very neutral accent.
  • A quick and willing learner that can master all details of our product and call taking techniques
  • Enthusiasm for our business.  Takes ownership and acts on behalf of the entire company

  • Strong verbal communication skills


Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling inbound restaurant take-out orders in English
  • Handle escalated customer interactions in a call center to give excellent service and customer satisfaction, ensure customer retention, and increase business for our clients
  • Work with other co-workers to meet the needs of the company and clients  
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent in English and Spanish communication skills
  • At least Senior High School graduate
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Amenable to graveyard shift schedule
  • This is a work-from-home setup
  • Must have own device
