Compensation: This is an exempt position, with an annual salary range of $65K~$80K.
Shape the Future of Fintech Branding 
Are you a bilingual marketing professional fluent in both Chinese and English, with a passion for building exceptional brands? Universal Processing is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Brand Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence in the competitive fintech landscape.
The Bilingual Brand Manager role is a fully onsite position 5 days a week. As our Bilingual Brand Manager, you'll leverage your bilingual skills to drive Universal Processing's marketing strategy, working closely with our Senior Marketing Project Manager and VP of Business Development. This role requires seamless communication in both Chinese and English to:

  • Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with diverse target audiences
  • Develop innovative go-to-market strategies that drive growth in multiple markets
  • Lead cross-functional, multilingual teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns both internally and externally
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights across Chinese and English-speaking markets
  • Shape the future of fintech branding in a globally connected industry

What You'll Do:

  • Spearhead the development and evolution of the Universal Processing brand for both Chinese and English-speaking markets
  • Create data-driven marketing plans that span digital, social, search, and influencer channels in all languages represented at Universal Processing
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across diverse markets
  • Manage our multilingual brand marketing calendar and craft engaging content briefs
  • Measure and optimize marketing performance using key metrics and analytics for multilingual campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire. We are an E-Verify employer!
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) is absolutely essential
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand management in multicultural environments
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • A strategic mindset coupled with exceptional project management skills
  • Proven ability to develop innovative, engaging marketing programs for diverse audiences
  • Experience leading go-to-market processes and cross-functional, multilingual teams
  • Adaptability and grace under pressure in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Strong communication skills and a talent for storytelling in both Chinese and English


Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the payments or fintech industry
  • A track record of successful brand launches or rebranding initiatives in multiple languages
